• ✅You must be purchasing for delivery to a valid address within Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing with Asbaab.pk.
• ❌Individuals who have been previously suspended, banned, or blocked from Asbaab.pk are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any form — directly or through a third party.
• ❌Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18 without verifiable parental or guardian consent is strictly prohibited.

Certain features of the Asbaab.pk Platform — including order history, saved addresses, and wishlists — require you to create and maintain a registered user account. The following terms govern your account and its use:

  Account Security & ResponsibilityYou are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. All activities that occur under your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at info@asbaab.pk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

  Accurate & Current InformationYou agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details whenever there is a change. Accounts containing false, misleading, or outdated information may be suspended without notice.

  One Account Per CustomerEach individual is permitted to maintain one active account only. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, circumvent account bans, or abuse any platform policy is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently terminated.
• 🚫
  Non-Transferability of AccountYour account is strictly personal to you. It may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other individual, business entity, or third party under any circumstances.
• 🗑️
  Account Suspension & TerminationAsbaab.pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account — at its sole discretion and without prior notice — if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abusing our platform policies. No compensation or refund of advance payments will be due in cases of termination for cause.

Asbaab.pk is committed to providing accurate, up-to-date product information across all listings on our Platform. As Pakistan's dedicated electronics wholesale hub, we stock a wide range of electronic components, devices, and accessories. The following terms and limitations apply:

  Product Descriptions & SpecificationsWe make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, technical specifications, and compatibility details are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that all information is free of error. For critical technical decisions, customers are encouraged to verify specifications with us directly before purchasing.

  Stock & AvailabilityAll products are listed subject to available stock. The display of a product on our Platform does not guarantee its immediate availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed and the advance payment collected, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund of the advance or a suitable alternative product.
• 🔧
  Technical Compatibility — Customer's ResponsibilityIt is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that any electronic product purchased is compatible with their existing systems, devices, voltage requirements, and technical infrastructure prior to placing an order. Asbaab.pk is not liable for incompatible purchases or costs arising from inadequate pre-purchase verification.

The following clearly defined stages govern the formation of a legally binding purchase contract between you and Asbaab.pk. It is important to understand at which point a contract is formally established:

All prices displayed on the Asbaab.pk Platform are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The following terms govern pricing and payment:

  Price AccuracyWhile we make every effort to display accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a clear pricing error, Asbaab.pk reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We are not obligated to honour prices that are manifestly erroneous or the result of a technical fault.

  Price FluctuationsProduct prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to market conditions, foreign exchange rate movements, supplier pricing adjustments, import duties, or currency devaluation. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed and accepted at the time of order processing — not the time of browsing.
• 💳
  Accepted Payment MethodsAsbaab.pk accepts the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and locations, bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and other digital payment methods as displayed at checkout. Available payment options may vary based on order value, product type, and delivery location.
• 🧾
  Taxes & Additional ChargesAll applicable government taxes are included in the displayed product price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any additional local charges, delivery surcharges, or handling fees will be clearly disclosed at the checkout stage before order confirmation.

To confirm and process your order, Asbaab.pk requires a non-refundable upfront advance payment at the time of order placement. This policy applies to all orders placed on asbaab.pk, regardless of the selected payment method (including Cash on Delivery orders).

The advance payment amount is determined by the total product price of your order as per the following fixed schedule:

Purpose of the Advance Payment: The upfront advance payment serves to confirm the seriousness of your order, reserve stock on your behalf, cover initial courier booking and handling costs, and protect against fraudulent or fake orders that result in delivery losses.

• ✅The advance payment is deducted from your total order value — it is not an additional charge on top of the product price.
• ✅If your order is cancelled by Asbaab.pk due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or any reason on our end, the full advance payment will be refunded to you in full within 5–7 business days.
• ✅If you cancel your order before dispatch for a valid, approved reason, the advance payment refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
• ❌The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer after the order has been confirmed and processed for dispatch.
• ❌The advance payment is non-refundable in cases of order refusal at the time of delivery without a valid pre-approved reason.
• ❌Advance payments made via incorrect bank accounts or to unverified payment details are not the responsibility of Asbaab.pk. Always confirm payment details with our team before transferring.
• ⚠️Asbaab.pk reserves the right to revise the advance payment schedule at any time. Changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all new orders placed after the revision date.

Asbaab.pk delivers across Pakistan through trusted, tracked courier partners. The following terms govern all delivery obligations and customer responsibilities:

• 🚚Nationwide Coverage: We deliver to all major cities and districts across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and remote areas in Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
• 📅Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days for major cities and 5–10 business days for remote areas, subject to courier availability and external conditions.
• 📦Packaging Standards: All products are carefully packed to minimise transit damage. If your parcel arrives with visibly damaged packaging, photograph it immediately before opening and report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• ℹ️Delivery Charges: Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free delivery promotions, where available, will be clearly indicated on the Platform.
• ⚠️Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges and any associated courier return fees will be borne by the customer. The upfront advance payment remains non-refundable in such cases.
• ❌Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and damage to products transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the specified address. Asbaab.pk is not liable for products lost, damaged, or stolen after successful delivery confirmation by the courier.

Our complete Return & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms a binding part of this agreement. A summary of the key terms is provided below for convenience:

All products sold on Asbaab.pk are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided by the respective brand. The following terms apply to all warranty-related matters:

  How to Claim WarrantyWarranty claims must be initiated directly with the manufacturer or their authorised service centre in Pakistan. Asbaab.pk may assist in connecting you with the appropriate service channel where possible but is not itself the warranty provider or obligor.

  Conditions That Void WarrantyManufacturer warranties are automatically voided by: improper or non-professional installation, physical damage caused by the user, unauthorised modification or tampering with the product, use outside specified electrical parameters, or removal of warranty stickers and serial number labels.

  Asbaab.pk Warranty DisclaimerAsbaab.pk is a reseller — not a manufacturer. We make no independent warranty or guarantee regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated by the manufacturer. Our liability is limited to the extent of our role as a wholesale retail seller.

By using the Asbaab.pk Platform, you explicitly agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• ❌Placing fraudulent, fictitious, or malicious orders with no genuine intention to pay the remaining balance or take delivery of the products.
• ❌Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage — including during registration, checkout, or in any communication with our team.
• ❌Using automated bots, scrapers, or data extraction tools to collect product data, pricing, listings, or any other content from the Platform without express written permission.
• ❌Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, user accounts, backend systems, or any restricted area of the Platform.
• ❌Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, overloads, or impairs the normal technical functioning or user experience of the Platform.
• ❌Reproducing, republishing, or commercially exploiting any content, product listing, photograph, description, or software from our Platform without prior written consent.
• ❌Submitting false, defamatory, abusive, or misleading product reviews, ratings, or communications on our Platform.
• ❌Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving ordered products in full and in accordance with the confirmed contract.
• ❌Refusing delivery of a confirmed order without prior approval from our team after the advance payment has been received and the order dispatched.

All content, materials, and technology on the Asbaab.pk Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Asbaab.pk or its respective licensors, and are protected under the applicable intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international conventions.

• 🚫No Copying or Distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this Platform — in any form or by any means — without our prior explicit written consent.
• 🚫No Commercial Exploitation: Content on this Platform may not be used for any commercial purpose, competitive intelligence, or to replicate our business model without an express written licence from Asbaab.pk.
• ✅Permitted Personal Use: You may access and view Platform content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with browsing products and placing orders on asbaab.pk.

  Installation & Electrical LiabilityAsbaab.pk bears absolutely no liability for any personal injury, property damage, equipment malfunction, fire, or electrical fault arising from improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, or handling of products by unqualified individuals. All electrical products must be professionally installed where required.

  Platform AvailabilityWe do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Platform at any time, without notice or liability to you.
• 🔗
  Third-Party ServicesWe are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from your use of third-party courier services, payment gateways, external websites, or any service accessible via links on our Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend at your cost, and hold harmless Asbaab.pk, its owners, directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgements, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of the Asbaab.pk Platform is governed in part by our Privacy Policy, which is expressly incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an inseparable part of the complete agreement between you and Asbaab.pk.

By using this Platform and submitting your personal information — including during registration, checkout, and communications — you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of this Platform immediately.

Asbaab.pk reserves the right to revise, update, supplement, or entirely replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our business operations, product offerings, legal obligations, platform features, or regulatory requirements.

  Exclusive JurisdictionIf informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable time, both parties agree that all disputes, legal proceedings, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Pakistan, in the city in which Asbaab.pk is registered and operating.

  Applicable LegislationThese Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under Pakistani contract law, applicable consumer protection regulations, and relevant eCommerce statutes — including but not limited to the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 (as amended) and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
