By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications, compatibility details, and descriptions prior to making a purchase.

2 Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your request and the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is in its original, unused, and unopened condition — uninstalled, undamaged, and with all original seals intact.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices are included with the return.
  • The product was received in a defective or damaged condition and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product received was incorrect or not as described on the product listing page.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or activated are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Products with broken seals, missing accessories, or tampered packaging will not be accepted.
  • Returns requested after 15 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
  • Returns initiated due to a change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse are strictly not accepted.
3 Change of Mind — Important Notice

Asbaab.pk does not accept returns based on a change of mind. Once an order has been delivered, we are unable to process a return solely because you have changed your mind about the purchase, found a better price elsewhere, or no longer require the product.

We strongly recommend that customers verify product specifications, system compatibility, and technical requirements before placing an order. Our support team is available to assist you in making the right purchasing decision.

4 Product Exchange Policy

We offer a product exchange facility to provide additional flexibility to our valued customers. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or variant, the following conditions apply:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • The product being exchanged must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the desired replacement product.
  • ℹ️If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the difference in amount.
  • ℹ️If the replacement product has a lower price, the price difference will be issued as store credit or adjusted per mutual agreement.
  • Exchanges are not permitted for used, installed, or previously exchanged products.

All courier charges for product exchanges — both sending the original item back and receiving the replacement — are the sole responsibility of the customer. Asbaab.pk does not cover any shipping or handling costs associated with exchanges.

5 Courier & Shipping Charges

Asbaab.pk follows a straightforward courier responsibility policy to maintain fairness and transparency for all parties involved:

  • 🚚All return courier charges (shipping the product back to Asbaab.pk) are the full responsibility of the customer.
  • 🚚All exchange courier charges — both return and re-delivery — are the full responsibility of the customer.
  • If a product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, Asbaab.pk will cover the return shipping cost upon verification.

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking capability when sending products back. Asbaab.pk will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a customer-arranged return shipment.

6 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to submit a return or exchange request:

Submit Supporting Evidence

Share clear photographs or a short video of the product condition, packaging, and any visible defect or damage. This helps us verify your claim promptly.

Receive Approval Confirmation

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. You will receive a written confirmation (via WhatsApp or email) approving or declining the return/exchange.

Ship the Product Back

Once approved, carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to our warehouse address provided in the approval message. Share the tracking number with us.

Processing & Resolution

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item (3–5 business days), we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange product accordingly.

Do not ship any product back without prior written approval from Asbaab.pk. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and the shipment will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

7 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following product categories are strictly excluded from return and exchange requests:

  • Products that have been installed, commissioned, or connected to any electrical or electronic system.
  • Products with broken warranty stickers, tampered serial numbers, or removed labels.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or final sale events (unless defective).
  • Custom orders or specially sourced products ordered on request.
  • Products where damage is caused by the customer including improper installation, electrical faults, or physical mishandling.
  • Returns requested after 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
8 Refund Processing

Where a return is approved and verified, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • 💳Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return inspection approval.
  • 🏪Customers may opt for store credit in lieu of a cash refund, which will be processed faster (within 2 business days).
  • Original delivery/shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Return courier charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
